Verifying the identity of a LTD Company Director at Companies House.

If you are a Director (or PSC) of a Limited Company, it is your responsibility to verify your identity with Companies House. Failure to do so will result in your inability to manage the Company.

Please complete the form below with your details and submit it to us. We will immediately begin processing your data and forward it to Companies House. This data is secured with a security certificate and will be processed in accordance with applicable law.

Please prepare copies of two photo IDs: your passport, driving license, ID card (ID card, work visa). Take a clear photo of your face with your passport open. If your attached documents don’t include a residential address, please prepare proof of address: Council Tax, utility bills, bank statements.
