Registering a New Limited Company

Thank you for your interest in our offer. In order for our office to register a new Limited Company, we need to obtain the necessary information from you. The form below allows you to submit the required information to Companies House and HMRC.
Once we receive confirmation of registration, we will send you all the documents without undue delay.

The company name must be unique, non-offensive, and include the extension ‚Ltd’ or ‚Limited.’ Availability will be checked with the Companies House. If the name is unavailable, an alternative name will be required.

The company’s registered office address will be visible in the register and will be used for correspondence. It cannot be a PO Box address. It does not have to be the address of the actual place of business.
